Supu Ya Samaki (Fish soup)

Ingredient
Fish - Tilapia, Snapper or Salmon
Tomatoes, diced
Onion
Garlic cloves, crushed
Salt to taste
Black pepper
Lemon
Water or vegetable broth
Olive oil

Direction 





  1. Sauté the onion until golden brown add diced tomato, and garlic.
  2. add the white or vegetable broth 
  3. add the fish and seasonings;
  4. let simmer over low heat for at least one hour and add the fresh parsley at the end.
