Saladi Ya Maembe na Maparachichi (Avocado Mango Salad Recipe)

1 Tablespoon lime juice
2 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 Mango 
2 Avocados
Red pepper flakes (option)
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Parsley for garnishing 
Place the mango cubes and avocados into a serving bowl. 
In a separate bowl, whisk together the lime juice and olive oil. 
Season with red pepper flakes, parsley, salt and pepper. 
Whisk briefly, then pour over the mangoes/avocados mixture. 
Stir to coat, then cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to blend the flavors before serving.
