Fish such as Tilapia, Snapper, Salmon
Lemon
Salt to taste
Turmeric
Black pepper
Chili powder (option)

1.Wash the fish thoroughly and cut into pieces.
2. Rub the turmeric over the fish pieces with about 1tsp salt and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
