Homemade Dumpling Wrapper

Ingredients


2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt



Direction 


1. Put all ingredients in a stand mixer or a bowl.

2. Knead the dough until smooth.

3. Put the dough in a clean bowl, cover and set aside to rest for 15 minutes.  

4. Re-knead the dough for 2-3 minutes until hardened again.

5. Let the dough rest again for 1 hour or longer.

6. Take the dough and devide into 4 equal parts.

7. Before rolling out your dumpling wrappers, dust your working surface.

7. Shape them it into a large circle. 

8. Cut the circle 4cm diameter.

9. Roll each one again until very thin.

10. Wrap them fright away, otherwise the wrapper dries out quickly.
