Spiced Chiken Mtori



Green Plantain
Chicken broth
Ghee
Tomatoes
Onion
Salt
Ground Black pepper
Hot Red peppers 
Boullion cube 
Water

Put all the ingredients in a pot excerpt for ghee and broth and cook until the plantains are soft. 

Add ghee and take off the stove.

Mash with your potatoes masher until smooth or let it cool and use a blender or food processor.

Put back in a stove and add the chicken broth and cook for 10 more minutes. Stir often to make sure it doesn't burn. 

Serve warm
