Fish - Tilapia, Snapper or Salmon
Tomatoes, diced
Onion
Garlic cloves, crushed
Salt to taste
Black pepper
Lemon
Water or vegetable broth
Olive oil
Direction
- Sauté the onion until golden brown add diced tomato, and garlic.
- add the white or vegetable broth
- add the fish and seasonings;
- let simmer over low heat for at least one hour and add the fresh parsley at the end.
