How to make crispy wings.
Mix in a bowl onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder,, cumin powder, smocked paprika, chilli powder, black pepper and salt.
Then mix 1 cup of flour and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch in a tray but you can get crispy wings without the cornstarch. I like this way.
Dry the wings with a paper towel and then mix thoroughly with the onion, garlic mixture.
Dip your wings in the flour and cornstarch mixture to cover them.. Once they are all covered with the flour arrange them on the rack and follow your air frier instructions for making Chicken Wings.
