1 can Diced tomatoes
1 Jalapeno, finely diced
1/2 Red onion, fine chopped
2 Tsp spoons Lime juice
1/2 tsp Cumin
2 Tbs cilantro, finely chopped
1 can Black beans rinsed and drained
1 cup frozen corn
1 Green pepper
1 avocado (option)
Salt to taste
Directions:
- In a medium bowl mix together all the ingredients in a big bowl .
- Refrigerate at least an hour and adjust seasonings to taste.
