Fudge Brownies


Very easy  fudge brownies 
1 cup cooking oil
2 cups sugar
1 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
2 cups flour
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips 

Preheat the oven to 350°F. 
Grease a 9″ x 13″ pan and set aside. Combine sugar and oil, mix well.
Stir in the cocoa, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract. 
Add in the eggs, stirring until smooth.
Add the flour and chocolate chips poor the batter into prepared pan. Bake the brownies for about 40 minutes or until when inserted a skew into the center comes out clean. 
Take out of the baking pan and put in a cooling rack. 
Let it cool before slicing.

Coconut milk
Flour
Sugar
Dry yeast
Salt
Water


Tambi za Kukaanga na Sukari (Sweet Stir Fried Spaghetti)


Ingredients 
Angel hair pasta
Sugar
Salt
Oil
Cardamon
Dried raisins (optional)
Water

Direction 
Put oil in a skillet 
Add angel hair pasta and stir fry until golden brown
Add water enough to cook your pasta approx 3 cups for 1 box of pasta.
Add cardamon sugar and sal, if you are using raisins now is the time to add.
Cover as nd cook until all water is dry. Make sure you stir often.
Taste if not cooked to your like add a little more water. 

Homemade Garlic Bread



Ingredients 
Bread
Butter
Olive oil
Baked garlic past 
Parsley

Direction
Slice the bread if it is not pre sliced and leave it overnight. The bread needs to be crust.

Mix butter, olive oil, parsley and backed garlic paste

Toast sliced bread under broiler until the bread is golden brown.

Spread the on both sides of each slice of bresd.

If you want more crust you can put under broiler again for 1 min
